In July 2018, the HRA’s own Owen Polanski, conducted a “First Aid for Rally Competitors” session for a full house of HRA members and guests. For those who either attended or are interested, here is the slide deck from that session.

Given the nature of our sport and the environs in which we do it, the HRA encourages all members to make themselves aware of First Aid techniques and undertake appropriate first aid training.
