JEREMY BROWNE…
our guest speaker has been in the sport for over 50 years. Would you believe his first rally was in a Mini 850 in Jamaica in 1965?
Since then he has competed in the UK and Germany in the early 1970’s, been the South Australian Rally Champion co-driver 4 times over 3 decades and finished 12th in a London to Sydney Marathon Rally.
In between all that he campaigned a works prepared Lancia Fulvia in historic rally events all over Europe over an 8 year period.
He still activley competes as a co-driver in the South Australian Championship. and occasionally as a driver in his Mini Cooper S that he’s owned for 50 years
