HRA Annual General Meeting, 10 February 2021

The HRA Annual General Meeting will be held at 08:00 pm on Wednesday 10 February, 2021, at The Matthew Flinders Hotel.

Please find below the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Agenda; attached are nomination forms for HRA Committee positions. All members are invited to the AGM, but note that current health regulations limit the attendees to 100 in the room. As well, HRA members should monitor their health and must not attend if they are unwell.

Nomination forms must reach the HRA Secretary, by e-mail to secretary@hra.org.au or by post to PO Box 631, Camberwell Vic 3124, by Wednesday 3 February, 2021.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Historic Rally Association Inc’, (HRA) will be held at the Matthew Flinders Hotel, 667 Warrigal Road, Chadstone, on Wednesday 10th February 2021 starting at 8pm sharp.

All members shall have one vote and no more.

No person shall be entitled to vote unless all monies due and payable to the association have been paid in accordance with By-Law 18.1

Agenda

  • Opening and welcome.
  • Confirmation of minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
  • To adopt the Balance Sheet, Income and Expenditure Statement and Trading Accounts for the club’s financial year ended 31st December 2020.
  • Election of office bearers and committee members.
  • General Business.
  • Date of next meeting.
  • Closing
