Next HRA meeting is Thursday 6 October at the Oakleigh R.S.L. at 7:30 pm
We are trying a new meeting venue with the October meeting: The Oakleigh-Carnegie R.S.L., 95-97 Drummond Street Oakleigh (Melway map 69, ref F7). We think its a better venue so come along and check it out. Meals are available from 6:00 pm and the meeting will start at the earlier time of 7:30 pm.
Meals are excellent value, from $20 to $37 with most $22-$24. The bar will be open with our own servery into our meeting room.
The date change is due to availability of the venue. The R.S.L. is not open on a Wednesday, our usual meeting day. So remember, it’s the first Thursday and it’s 7:30 pm meeting start, Oakleigh – Carnegie R.S.L. 95-97 Drummond Street, Oakleigh.
So please come along for a great social night at what we hope can be our new meeting venue. We might get to show that DVD of the Australian leg of the 1968 London-Sydney marathon too.
